Step 3. Add New Record


Click "ADD" button on the right side to add a new record.

Click the "New/Update" tab that you find in the upper left part of the main screen.
Select the third option by clicking on it. It will become highlighted.
Click "OK" button.
An empty form will appear on screen for you to enter the information about the patient and his first order.
Click "Save" button to preserve the changes.

Similarly, you can delete an existing record by pressing "DELETE" button.
Click "SAVE" before you exit. You can always come back to this list to make necessary changes.

Now your settings are automatically available.
